The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and organizing campaigns, developing marketing strategies to increase lead conversion and executing the Triangle Pest Control marketing strategy.
This position will focus on the development of the marketing department and align marketing strategies to achieve long-term company growth and profitability.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and manage processes and procedures to execute the company’s marketing strategy.
Work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with overall company goals.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to develop strategic marketing plans.
Set performance goals and execute plans to focus on Cost/Lead, Cost/Sale and ROI.
Manage marketing budgets and regularly analyze campaign performance, specifically focusing on Google analytics, to implement plans to optimize and drive ROI.
Manage the partnership with marketing agencies to develop marketing initiatives.
Partner with the outbound sales team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Update spreadsheets and analyze trends in lead conversions and sales.
Compose and post marketing literature such as emails, flyers and website advertisements of current campaigns.
Communicate directly and be the liaison between all departments within the company to ensure all team members are focused on the top marketing strategies.

Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles.
Comfortable developing traditional and digital marketing campaigns.

Able to speak in a logical, organized and confident manner, get one’s point across clearly when speaking to others, and actively listen to others.
Strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to speak up and take initiative to drive the business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of Windows/Apple operating systems, internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Safari), email (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Google), and Google applications (Sheets, Docs. Slides)
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred
At least 1 - 2 years of marketing experience preferred.
Pay for this position is salary ($40K - $55K) plus performance pay.
